Benedict Cumberbatch es Julian Assange en 'The Fifth Estate' (El quinto poder)

Bill Condon (Dreamgirls, Kinsey, Twilight: Breaking Dawn) is directing The Fifth Estate from a screenplay by Josh Singer ("The West Wing" and "Fringe") and is based in part on Daniel Domscheit-Berg’s book Inside WikiLeaks: My Time with Julian Assange and the World’s Most Dangerous Website, as well as WikiLeaks: Inside Julian Assange’s War on Secrecy by British journalists David Leigh and Luke Harding. Laura Linney, Anthony Mackie, David Thewlis and Alicia Vikander also co-star in the film based on real events.
Disney is releasing the DreamWorks-developed The Fifth Estate in theaters everywhere October 11th later this fall.
